  The woman on the phone was beyond rude. I called to ask a question regarding my car to coordinate a pick up and repair at another location. She acted like I was stupid because I asked about another company picking it up for repair at a legit auto pay shop. Her words were "YOU need to come pay the bill before anyone touches it". I said that the insurance company should be taking care of it or the Police department. Her only rewponse was "we don't row for free", well duh, but it doesnt mean that I am paying for it. You want business get someone who isnt a complete and total witch to do your phone answering. Don't go there EVER!
  
  Update: Within minutes I was called and bullied into trying to change my review.
