  Terrible management group. Beware NYCC students: if you are sent to Buffalo or Levittown for clinicals and are still on a lease with them, you will NOT get your security deposit back. When we inquired about the process for getting a subleaser, the office manager informed us our apartment had already been leased And didn't need to find anyone. When I called their office about 2 months later after not receiving a check, she told me because we broke our lease, they keep the deposit. They take advantage of students. It's a shame too because we did like the apartment. Maintenance guy was so shady and it took so long to get anything fixed. I definitely do not recommend, especially students!!
